Every Friday for the past 14 years (even before the establishment of the indoor market) in open areas of the Market is the Farmers Market, where small- and medium-sized local farmers and producers from across the country sell their agricultural product. The Farmers Market has an additional 60 farmers and producers offering fresh and unique agricultural product directly from the field including cheese, spices, cakes and cookies, flowers, honey, herbs, breads along with various deli food, all of which combine to offer an Israeli culinary celebration that should not be missed.
